Maybe you came here because...
  • You seem to be coping.
But inside, everything is more difficult.
  • You understand a lot about yourself and it doesn't help change anything.
  • The relationship is over, but you continue to live in the midst of it.
  • You met another person - you found out that the old scripts never worked.
  • You want closeness, but when you're too close, you want to move away.
  • You constantly find yourself the one who understands, supports, and endures. And when you need support, it turns out that there is nowhere to get it.
  • You find it difficult to ask for help.
  • You are used to controlling the situation and do not know how to be in a place where control is impossible.
  • After a divorce, betrayal, loss, or other difficult event, it seems like it's "time to move on," but for some reason it doesn't work out.

It's not necessary to know "what's wrong with you"
Sometimes there is a specific request.
Sometimes it's just a feeling:

"I don't want this anymore."

That's enough to start a conversation.

How I work

quesions1
I don't give ready-made answers.
We are not looking for a universal "right" answer. We analyze your situation, your feelings, your desires, and how you build relationships.
work1
Working with what's happening now
In Gestalt therapy, not only what happened in the past is important. We are interested in how past experiences manifest in your life and relationships now - in particular, in the process of therapy.
vybir2
Bring back the ability to choose
My job is not to live your life for you. It is to help you see reality better, understand yourself, and regain your ability to choose.

A little about myself

I didn't come to psychology right away.

For many years, my professional life was connected with IT. This taught me one simple thing: if the system is not working properly, it is pointless to endlessly change individual details - first you need to understand how it works.

Everything is more complicated with people.
A person is not a computer, and relationships cannot be diagnosed according to instructions.

That is why I became interested in psychotherapy.

I am currently studying Gestalt therapy and am constantly moving from studying psychology to practical work.

I am interested not only in individual symptoms, but in the person as a whole: their relationships, ways of overcoming difficulties, recurring scenarios, choices and how they build contact with other people.

I do not promise to change your life in one consultation.

But I can offer a space in which you can deal with the fact that in ordinary life you often just have to survive and move on.

A psychologist should not know how to live your life properly.

I don't have a one-size-fits-all guide for relationships, divorce, crisis, or adulthood. I don't know in advance what you need to do. And I see that as an advantage rather than a disadvantage. Because the goal of therapy is not to replace your decision with mine,

And understand it so deeply,
that the decision becomes truly yours.

Popular questions

No problem. You don't need to prepare a proper request in advance.
Sometimes direct advice is truly necessary. But psychotherapy isn't primarily about receiving instructions. We explore your situation so you can make decisions for yourself.
It's impossible to determine in advance. Sometimes a few meetings are enough to understand a specific situation. Sometimes the work turns out to be much deeper.
Yes. The first meeting can be a self-guided consultation. Afterward, you'll decide whether to continue.
No. But I'm particularly interested in working with older men and themes of relationships, crises, intimacy, responsibility, and life changes.
I won't make the decision for you. But I can help you figure out why you can’t accept it on your own, what you really want and what you’re afraid of losing.

Want to understand?

Write me a few sentences about what's happening right now.
If you don't know how to form a request, write it that way.
That's okay.
