Maybe you came here because...

It's not necessary to know "what's wrong with you"
Sometimes there is a specific request.
Sometimes it's just a feeling:
"I don't want this anymore."
That's enough to start a conversation.

What I work with

Relationships
Conflicts, jealousy, distance, dependence, difficulties with trust and intimacy.

Breakup and divorce
When the relationship is over but still going on inside.

Recurring scenarios
Why do the same stories keep repeating themselves when you think you have it all figured out?

Personal boundaries, intimacy
It's hard to say "no," ask for what you need, get rejected, or be yourself around another person.

Crisis and change
Job change, moving, midlife crisis, loss of usual role, burnout, feeling of loss of meaning.

Men's issues
Responsibility, parenthood, vulnerability, anger, sexuality, loneliness and finding yourself.
How I work

I don't give ready-made answers.
We are not looking for a universal "right" answer. We analyze your situation, your feelings, your desires, and how you build relationships.

Working with what's happening now
In Gestalt therapy, not only what happened in the past is important. We are interested in how past experiences manifest in your life and relationships now - in particular, in the process of therapy.

Bring back the ability to choose
My job is not to live your life for you. It is to help you see reality better, understand yourself, and regain your ability to choose.
A little about myself
I didn't come to psychology right away.
For many years, my professional life was connected with IT. This taught me one simple thing: if the system is not working properly, it is pointless to endlessly change individual details - first you need to understand how it works.
Everything is more complicated with people.
A person is not a computer, and relationships cannot be diagnosed according to instructions.
That is why I became interested in psychotherapy.
I am currently studying Gestalt therapy and am constantly moving from studying psychology to practical work.
I am interested not only in individual symptoms, but in the person as a whole: their relationships, ways of overcoming difficulties, recurring scenarios, choices and how they build contact with other people.
I do not promise to change your life in one consultation.
But I can offer a space in which you can deal with the fact that in ordinary life you often just have to survive and move on.

A psychologist should not know how to live your life properly.
I don't have a one-size-fits-all guide for relationships, divorce, crisis, or adulthood. I don't know in advance what you need to do. And I see that as an advantage rather than a disadvantage. Because the goal of therapy is not to replace your decision with mine,
And understand it so deeply,
that the decision becomes truly yours.
Popular questions
Sometimes direct advice is truly necessary. But psychotherapy isn't primarily about receiving instructions. We explore your situation so you can make decisions for yourself.
It's impossible to determine in advance. Sometimes a few meetings are enough to understand a specific situation. Sometimes the work turns out to be much deeper.
Yes. The first meeting can be a self-guided consultation. Afterward, you'll decide whether to continue.
Want to understand?
Write me a few sentences about what's happening right now.
If you don't know how to form a request, write it that way.
That's okay.
